Declaration on the duty to inform

4. Informed consent

You cannot refuse to receive mailings that are necessary for the fulfilment of a contract. You can refuse advertising at any time by informing us at the contact below.

5. Erasure of your data

Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the specific purpose of storage. In addition, some data must be stored longer due to legal requirements. In any case, we store data until the longest limitation period for contractual, non-contractual as well as concrete and abstract possible facts as well as liabilities has expired.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Paragraph 96 Article 3 of the Telecommunications Act as of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (Consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the contract fulfilment) and/or Letter c (Fulfillment of a legal obligation) and/or Letter f (Safeguarding the legitimate interests of the person responsible) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
